the hotel is ideally situated in the centre of gueliz. the hotel staff are very friendly and professional in all departments. the rooms are clean and modern in decor. i feel abdelkarim deserves a management role in the near future.

perfect location sunny terrace generous breakfast buffet

The hotel has a perfectly central location, great for exploring the city. the swimming pool offers a refreshing escape.. the sunny terrace is perfect. i found the breakfast buffet generous. I especially enjoyed the fresh fruits.

I experienced a minor issue with the bathroom door trim. It was loose and made a cracking sound upon opening, disturbing sleep.

decent location, some drawbacks

good size room helpful staff accessible location unavailable baby room faulty lift unimpressive room

i found the location accessible to many shops. the staff were helpful. my room had a good size overlooking the pool. i also appreciated the food options.

the lift would often stop at the second floor. the baby room was unavailable. my room wasn't amazing overall. it was difficult to use the facilities.

Decent, but Some Issues

loose trim urine smell

My stay had a few snags. The bathroom door trim was loose. It made a loud noise whenever we opened it, even late at night. the room smelled like urine after housekeeping cleaned, I assume from dirty cleaning water. I skipped cleaning for the rest of my stay to avoid that scent. That was not good.
