The hotel offers comfortable and well-appointed rooms, friendly and professional service, and a great location. However, there were some issues with the smell in the rooms and pricing could be a bit high.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely delightful! The suite I stayed in was huge and very well-appointed, overlooking the spacious and relaxing pool area with no noise from the street outside. The rooms were beautiful, featuring a lovely outside terrace with views of the pool and orange trees. The quality of the rooms matched the excellent service and friendliness of the staff.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were much nicer than I expected and I even had a sun trap until late afternoon, which was amazing. However, it was a bit of a trek from the elevators. The service was top-notch with the staff going out of their way to ensure I had a great experience. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, allowing me to immerse myself in the Moroccan culture. Although the area can be a bit crowded at times, I felt safe and enjoyed the abundance of restaurants and shops nearby. The dining options were varied and delicious, but there were a few occasions where I felt the choices could have been better. Overall, a wonderful stay with great facilities but a few minor setbacks.
